Last updated: July 28, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is maintained by Lovinour and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every member, visitor, ambassador and partner who uses Lovinour, and to all profiles, photos, videos, messages and other content shared on the platform.
1. Zero tolerance: commercial sexual activity
Lovinour is a dating and introduction service. It is not a marketplace for paid companionship. The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate permanent removal:
- Prostitution, escorting, or offering companionship in exchange for money, gifts, travel or other value
- Sugar dating arrangements, "allowance" requests, or any pay-per-meeting arrangement
- Advertising, recruiting for, or linking to escort agencies, brothels, cam sites, OnlyFans or similar paid-content services
- Human trafficking, coercion, pimping, or facilitating any of the above for another person
- Any solicitation of sexual services, whether explicit or implied through coded language
2. Protection of minors
Lovinour is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. Any account belonging to a minor, any attempt to contact a minor, and any sexualised content involving minors is prohibited without exception. Child sexual abuse material is removed on detection, the account is permanently banned, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities.
3. Prohibited content
- Pornographic, sexually explicit or nude imagery, and sexually graphic text
- Hate speech or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation
- Violent, gory or shocking content, and glorification of violence or terrorism
- Self-harm, suicide or eating-disorder promotion
- Photos of other people used without their consent, stock images, AI-generated likenesses, or heavily manipulated images presented as genuine
- Content promoting illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, gambling schemes or other unlawful trade
- Bios or profile fields containing gibberish, keyboard mashing, placeholder text, or nothing meaningful about you
- Contact details, external links or social handles used to move members off-platform for commercial purposes
4. Prohibited conduct
- Fake, duplicate or impersonated profiles, including catfishing and identity misrepresentation
- Romance scams, investment or crypto pitches, phishing, and any request for money, gift cards or financial help
- Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, doxxing or unwanted persistent contact after being asked to stop
- Sharing another member's photos, messages or personal information outside the platform
- Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, commercial promotion, recruiting or multi-level marketing
- Scraping, bots, automation, credential sharing, or circumventing membership limits, paywalls or bans
- Attempting to breach platform security or access accounts or data that are not yours
5. How we enforce this policy
Profiles, photos and bios are screened by automated review at submission, and members can report any profile or conversation. Administrators may review reported content and, where needed for safety and compliance, platform communications as described in our Terms.
Depending on severity, we may:
- Remove or reject the content
- Issue a warning or restrict features
- Suspend the account pending review
- Permanently ban the account with forfeiture of fees and no refund
- Report the matter to law enforcement where we believe the law has been broken
Where an account is banned or deleted, the associated records remain visible to Lovinour administrators for up to 12 months for safety, fraud-prevention and legal purposes, and are no longer visible to other members.
6. Reporting and appeals
Report a profile or message using the report function inside the platform, or write to support@lovinour.com. If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may write to the same address and ask for a review. Decisions relating to prostitution, fraud and minors are final.
Law enforcement requests are handled separately, as described on our Law Enforcement page.
This page is maintained by Lovinour to describe how the platform is operated. It is not legal advice and is not an independent certification of any kind.
